baiting for hogs

has anyone ever tried using diesel for hog baiting? alot of guys here are using it and say that it works.I heard about it a long time ago on another forum,but no one had really tried it.gotta know !

A buddy of mine uses it and has had good luck with it.

Glen a guy was telling me he was using it and soaking the corn in it to keep the deer and coons from getting in his trap. Said the hogs didnt mind the diesel.

I don't know if they eat it, but I have a post on the corner of my property that I poar old oil and diesel on to keep the termites from eating it and the hogs sure do like rubbing on it, I think they might use it to keep the ticks and skeeters from biteing them.
