i think the best way i've ever had walley (and im not a big fish fan love catchin em jsut not eating ;) ) is take the walley fellets, put an icecube inside with any seasonings that you want, wrap em in lettece, then in tin foil keeps em nice and juicey on the grill. my ma always made it that way mmm mmmm good :D
