Basic stuff, but get a nice hot skillet and saute some onions and all the peppers imaginable ... boil some brown riec, than get the skillet hot with some olive oil. Coat your venison in flour and throw it in, sear it then turn the temp down and let it cook through. Drain the rice when the venison is done, than put that in there and put soy all over it and let it cook for 3-4 minutes to get the rice kinda "crispy".
