I really like this stuff. I use ground venison, mix per instructions, let it cure overnight. Roll it in wax paper, place it on the oven racks and dry it per instructions. Very easy, very good.

This is the classic one though:

3 lbs venison
2/3 cup Worchestershire sauce
2/3 cup soy sauce
1 tblsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tblsp Liquid Smoke
1 tsp crushed red pepper(optional)

That's pretty close to what I use for my jerky. Good call. It also makes a good marinade. Throw a whole backstrap into that mix, let it sit overnight, take it out, stuff a few cloves of garlic in the meat, wrap it bacon and slowly grill it with some hickory smoke and you've got a winner.
